Counselling for Adults

Life can feel overwhelming at times. Perhaps you've found yourself in a difficult situation, or are carrying past pain or struggling to enjoy life and relationships. 

I can offer a space to explore, heal, and grow.

I am experienced in working with several presentations, and specialise in:

• Bereavement, loss and trauma
• Anxiety and depression

• Anger

• Low self-esteem

My Approach

I offer a safe, confidential space where you can talk freely without judgement. I work experientially, consciously feeling how it might feel to be in your situation, so that our sessions are grounded in empathy and understanding. I also explore all aspects of your lived experience, helping to provide meaning and validation to your difficulties, while promoting positive change. 

My goal is to listen, support, and empower you, helping you make sense of your experiences, find relief from emotional pain, and increase self awareness.

I am a neurodivergent affirming therapist 💛 understanding the importance of individual differences and focusing on strengths.

Session Delivery

Sessions can be delivered via secure video link, allowing you to access therapy from the comfort of your own space. If preferred, sessions can also take place over the telephone. This flexibility makes it easier to access support in a way that suits you.

Sessions also available face to face at my welcoming room in Wigan Town Centre. 

Fees

Adult counselling sessions are priced at £55 per session. A reduced rate of £35 is available for longer term counselling only, for those in receipt of benefits or for adult students.

Single Session Therapy £60 fixed rate.

REWIND technique trauma therapy £60 fixed rate.
