o If a referral is made from a service such as a GP referral parent/guardian consent will be collected for the counselling to commence, for anyone aged under 18 years old. Any safeguarding issues can be shared with GP or schools.
Client data can be kept up to 7 years, or until it is deemed no longer necessary to keep the data.
