Roles to date include adult anger management counsellor, adult bereavement counsellor and CAMHS schools project counsellor.
I am experienced in delivering sessions for various presenting issues, including (but not excusive to) suicidal ideation, various forms of abuse, self harm, low mood, anxiety and depression, bereavement and loss, anger, relationship issues, bullying and low self esteem. Prior to qualifying as a counsellor in 2017 I worked in a family assessment unit and also in a high secure unit for adolescents, undergoing various training in child development.
Extensive experience of working with neurodivergent clients and clients with differing mental health diagnoses and the LGBTQ+ community.
