Single Session Therapy: Focused Help When You Need It Most

Single Session Therapy (SST) is a powerful, one-off session designed to help you gain clarity, direction, and practical strategies in a single, focused meeting. It draws on the theory of Professor Windy Dryden, to meet your unique needs, offering a supportive, results-oriented space when you need it most.


You don’t need to commit to ongoing therapy to benefit. Instead, we work together to make the most of one structured session, focusing on a specific issue or challenge that’s important to you right now. Whether you’re feeling stuck, facing a tough decision, or need a fresh perspective, SST can offer immediate relief and guidance.


During the session, I help you explore your thoughts, feelings, and options, and we identify practical steps you can take straight away. Many people are surprised at how much can be achieved in just one session.


This approach is ideal if you’re short on time, unsure about committing to longer-term therapy, or simply want to try therapy to make sense of or resolve a specific difficulty. 


My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, supported, and equipped with tools to move forward confidently.
